1. Cancellations received 60 days before the event are fully reimbursed, however we deduct processing costs for 10 euros and in case that the payment was made by credit card or PayPal an additional 2%.

2. Cancellations received 30 days but less than 60 days before the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which is deducted from the total amount.

3. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event are subject to a 75% cancellation fee, which is deducted from the total amount.

4. No refunds or discounts for no shows, late arrivals and early departures.
